Vacancy Details

  • Wealth Manager (MMGS-II): 250 Posts (37 SC, 18 ST, 67 OBC, 25 EWS, 103 UR)
    • PwBD Reservations: 3 VI, 3 HI, 2 OC, 2 MoD

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

  • Full-time 2-year MBA/MMS/PGDBA/PGDBM/PGPM/PGDM from a University/Institution recognized by Govt. of India or approved by Govt. Regulatory Bodies, with a minimum of 60% marks.
  • Desirable Certifications: NISM, IRDAI, NCFM, or AMFI.
  • Candidates must submit mark sheets/passing certificates reflecting the date of passing (on or before 25th August 2025). CGPA/SGPA/OGPA scores must be converted to percentages (to two decimals) in the application.

Work Experience

  • Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience as an Officer/Managerial role in Wealth Management with Public Banks, Private Banks, Foreign Banks, Broking Firms, Securities Firms, or Asset Management Companies.
  • Experience must be full-time with an employer-employee relationship, supported by experience certificates in the prescribed format (Annexure-II) from the Controlling/Head Office, detailing period, post, and duties. Appointment letters or payslips are not accepted as substitutes.

Age Limit

  • Minimum: 25 years
  • Maximum: 35 years (as on 01st August 2025)
  • Age Relaxation:
    • SC/ST: 5 years
    • OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
    • PwBD: 10 years
    • Ex-Servicemen (with 5+ years military service): 5 years
    • Persons affected by 1984 riots: 5 years
      Maximum age cap is 50 years. OBC candidates in the creamy layer must apply as General. PwBD candidates require a disability certificate (40% or more disability) issued by a Competent Authority.

  • General/OBC/EWS: ₹850/- (including GST)
  • SC/ST/PwBD: ₹175/- (including GST)
    Fees are non-refundable and payable online via Debit Card/Credit Card/Internet Banking/UPI through the Bank’s payment gateway. Transaction charges, if any, are borne by candidates.

Selection Process

  • Stage 1: Online Examination (225 marks, 150 minutes):
    • Part I: Quantitative Aptitude (25 marks), Reasoning (25 marks), English Language (25 marks) – 75 minutes.
    • Part II: Professional Knowledge (150 marks) – 75 minutes.
    • Negative marking: 0.25 marks per wrong answer.
  • Stage 2: Group Discussion (GD, if conducted): 50 marks (minimum 25 for General/EWS, 22.5 for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD).
  • Stage 3: Personal Interview (PI): 50 marks (minimum 25 for General/EWS, 22.5 for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD).
  • Stage 4: Document Verification.
    The Bank may conduct Online Exam, GD, and/or PI based on the number of applicants. Final merit is based on aggregate scores (Online Exam + GD + PI, if all conducted). Candidates need a valid Call Letter and photo ID for the exam. PwBD candidates using a scribe receive 20 minutes/hour compensatory time, subject to guidelines.
