Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Accounts posts: Qualified CA/CMA from ICAI/ICMAI.
Personnel/HR posts: Degree + 2-year full-time PG Degree/Diploma in Personnel Management/HR/IR/Social Work or MBA with HR specialisation.
Legal: LLB (PG in Commercial/Labour Law preferred).
Mining: B.E. Mining + 2nd Class Mines Manager Certificate (Unrestricted) for metalliferous mines.
Civil: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Purchase: Degree in Engineering + 1-year Diploma in Materials Management OR Degree + 2-year PG Diploma/MBA in Materials Management.
Medical: MBBS (PG degree preferred).
Environmental Engineering: Degree in Environmental Engineering or relevant branch + PG Diploma/Certificate in Environmental Engineering./Sciences.
Industrial Engineering: Degree in Industrial Engineering or a Graduate in Engineering + PG in Industrial Engineering.
Foreman (Mining): Diploma in Mining Engineering + valid Mines Foreman Certificate + First Aid Certificate.
Age Limit
Minimum Age: 18 years
Maximum Age: Varies from 30 to 48 years (as on 19-05-2026)
Relaxation: SC/ST +5 years, OBC (NCL) +3 years, PwBD (UR/EWS) +10 years, PwBD (SC/ST) +15 years, PwBD (OBC-NCL) +13 years, J&K domiciled (1980-89) as per rules.
