Eligibility Criteria

• Director:
  • Deputation: Officers of Central/State Government, Union Territory administration, Public Sector Undertaking, recognized Research Institution, University, Semi Government, Statutory, or Autonomous organization. Candidates must hold an analogous post on a regular basis, or have five years of regular service in Level-12, or ten years of regular service in Level-11.
  • Experience: Possessing experience in finance, accounts, and administration is essential.
• Under Secretary:
  • Deputation: Officers from Central/State Government, Union Territory administration, Public Sector Undertaking, recognized Research Institution, University, Statutory Body, or Autonomous organization. Candidates should hold an analogous post on a regular basis, or have five years of regular service in Level-10, or seven years of regular service in Level-9, or nine years of regular service in Level-7.
• Accounts Officer:
  • Deputation: Officers from Central/State Government, Union Territory administration, Public Sector Undertaking, recognized Research Institution, University, Semi Government, Statutory, or Autonomous organization. Candidates must hold an analogous post on a regular basis, or have two years of regular service in Level-8, or three years of regular service in Level-7.
  • Qualifications: A Degree from a recognized University/Institution is required.
  • Experience: At least three years of experience in Cash, Account, and Budget work in a Central/State office is necessary.
