  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant work experience (including 2 years in a managerial/supervisory role) in similar sectors as above or fertilizer/capital goods manufacturing.
• Junior Executive (Accounts):
  • Graduation in any discipline with minimum 55% aggregate (50% for SC/ST/PwBD) and Inter CA/CMA from respective institutes (final CA/CMA passers not eligible).
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in finance/accounts/taxation/cost accounting/auditing.
• Associate Executive (Quality Assurance):
