Educational Qualification

• Biological Sciences Paid Intern: Applicants should be pursuing an M.Sc. or equivalent (03rd/04th Sem) or B.Tech (07th/08th Sem) in Biological Sciences. Relevant specializations include Biotechnology, Microbiology, Pharmacology, Toxicology, or Immunology. Candidates must hold 75% or above marks (or ≥ 7.5 CGPA) from an AICTE/UGC-approved institution.
• Chemical Sciences Paid Intern: Candidates must be pursuing an M.Sc. or equivalent (03rd/04th Sem) in Chemistry. Specializations like Organic Chemistry, Inorganic Chemistry, or Analytical Chemistry are eligible. A minimum of 75% or above marks (or ≥ 7.5 CGPA) from an AICTE/UGC-approved College/University is mandatory.
• Engineering Paid Intern: Aspiring interns need to be pursuing a B.E./B.Tech. (07th/08th Sem) in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology, or Computer Sciences. A strong academic record of 75% or above marks (or ≥ 7.5 CGPA) from an AICTE/UGC-approved institution is required.

Age Limit

Selection Process for DRDE Paid Internship 2026

How to Apply 

1. Obtain Application Form: Download the Duly Filled Application Form (Annexure – ‘A’) from the official notification.
2. Fill Application Form: Complete all sections of the application form accurately. Affix a recent passport-size photograph.
3. Gather Documents: Prepare the following documents:
   • Duly Filled Application Form (Annexure – ‘A’).
   • Recent referral/sponsorship letter from your respective college/university (printed on college letterhead).
   • Detailed resume.
   • Self-attested copies of all degrees/academic qualification certificates/mark sheets/experience certificates.
   • Copy of Aadhar Card & PAN Card.
   • Bank Details.
   • Undertaking for Indian Official Secrets Act, 1923 (Annexure- ‘B’).
   • Undertaking for IT Rules and Regulations (Annexure- ‘C’).
