Recruitment Details

Institute of Banking Personnel Selection has launched CRP-XV for the recruitment of Probationary Officers/Management Trainees and Specialist Officers for the 2026–27 intake. Candidates must apply between 1st and 21st July 2025. The selection will be based on Preliminary and Main examinations followed by an Interview. The process is designed to evaluate reasoning ability, professional knowledge, and aptitude for banking roles. 

POs will be responsible for customer handling, loan processing, and general banking operations. Specialist Officers are recruited in fields like IT, HR, Marketing, Law, Agriculture, and Rajbhasha. Exam and interview stages are tentatively scheduled between August 2025 and February 2026.
