Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit: 25 to 40 years (as of 1 Jan 2025); age relaxation of 5 years for J&K Bank staff with 5+ years’ service
Selection Process
- Written Examination (conducted by IBPS) – 100 marks, 100 minutes:
- Professional Knowledge: 55 Qs
- Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, General IT: 15 Qs each
- Negative marking applies
- Interview/Personal Interaction – 100 marks; shortlisted on written score
- Minimum qualifying marks: 40%
- Final Merit Weightage: 80% Written + 20% Interview
