Educational Qualification and Experience

  • Chief Technical Supervisor (Civil):
    • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institute/university with minimum 60% marks.
    • Minimum 7 years’ experience in residential/office/commercial building projects (maintenance/construction).
    • Advantage: Experience in Government/PSU contracts and knowledge of State/Central Government/PSUs/Banks functioning.
  • Chief Technical Supervisor (Electrical):
    • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks.

  • Junior Technical Supervisor (Civil):
