Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Junior Technical Supervisor (Civil):
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with at least 60% marks from a recognized university.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential/office/commercial building projects (maintenance or construction). - Junior Technical Supervisor (Electrical):
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering with at least 60% marks from a recognized university.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in relevant building projects (maintenance or construction). - Chief Technical Supervisor (Civil):
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with at least 60% marks from a recognized university.
Minimum 7 years’ experience in residential/office/commercial building projects (maintenance or construction). - Chief Technical Supervisor (Electrical):
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering with at least 60% marks from a recognized university.
Minimum 7 years’ experience in relevant building projects (maintenance or construction).
Additional:
- Knowledge of MS Office, Google tools, and project management software preferred.
- Knowledge of relevant engineering software is desirable.
- Excellent written & oral communication skills in English and the local language.
Domicile Requirement:
- For Junior Technical Supervisor, the candidate must be a resident of the city applied for and proficient in the state’s official language (proof via 10th standard certificate).
