Educational Qualification
- Officers must belong to the IRSE / Civil Engineering Department of Indian Railways.
Minimum Eligibility (for General Manager Civil)
Officers holding substantively:
- Analogous grade Level-14 (CDA) or IDA E-8 (₹1,20,000 – 2,80,000), OR
- Level-13 (CDA) with 17 years in Group A service, OR
- IDA E-7 (₹1,00,000 – 2,60,000) for a minimum of 04 years.
Experience
Preference will be given to candidates having experience working in construction projects in hilly areas.
Age Limit
- Below 58 years as on the closing date of the vacancy notice (10-12-2025).
