Educational Qualification
For all Grade IV Staff posts, candidates must have passed a minimum of Class VIII from a recognized School or Institution. - Cook: Training Certificate issued by Sector Skill Council (SSC) OR a minimum one-year working experience certificate from a recognized/registered Cooking Institution or Hotel.
- Barber: Training Certificate issued by Sector Skill Council (SSC) OR a minimum one-year experience certificate from a registered Saloon/Beauty Parlour.
- Water Carrier: Training Certificate issued by Sector Skill Council (SSC).
- Dhobi: Training Certificate issued by Sector Skill Council (SSC) OR a minimum one-year experience certificate from a registered Laundry/Dry Cleaner.
- Cobbler: Training Certificate issued by Sector Skill Council (SSC) OR two years’ experience in leather work from a Central/State Government Institution.

- Plumber: A minimum one-year Certificate course from a recognized Industrial Training Institution/Vocational Institute is required.
