- Assistant Surgeon/Casualty Medical Officer (Cat.No.177/2025): MBBS or equivalent, valid registration with Travancore-Cochin Medical Council.
- Assistant Insurance Medical Officer (Homoeo) (Cat.No.181/2025): Degree in Homoeopathy from a Kerala University or equivalent (per Schedule II of Homoeopathy Central Council Act, 1973), successful completion of House Surgency/Internship, ‘A’ class registration with Travancore-Cochin Medical Council.
- Medical Officer (Homoeo) By Transfer (Cat.No.182-184/2025): Degree in Homoeopathy from a Kerala University or equivalent, successful completion of House Surgency/Internship, ‘A’ class registration with Travancore-Cochin Medical Council, approved probationer/full member as Nurse (Homoeo), Pharmacist (Homoeo), or Clerk in Homoeopathy Department.
- Radiographer Gr II (Cat.No.191/2025): Pass in Plus Two, two-year Diploma in Radiological Technology (DRT) or three-year Diploma in Radiodiagnosis & Radio Therapy Technology (DRRT) or B.Sc. MRT degree, registration with Kerala Paramedical Council.
- Junior Public Health Nurse Gr II (Cat.No.246/2025): SSLC, Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery Certificate (18 months, revised) or equivalent from Kerala/Indian Nursing Council or Health Workers Training Certificate, registration with Kerala Nurses and Midwives Council.
