Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Head (Product, Investment & Research): You need a Graduation/post-graduation from a recognized University/Institution. A CA/CFP/CFA or NISM Investment Advisor certification is preferred. Essential experience of 15 years in financial services, with 8 years in Wealth Management, is mandatory.
- Zonal Head (Retail): A Graduate degree from a recognized University/Institution is essential. An MBA in Banking/Finance/Marketing is preferred. You must have at least 15 years of experience in sales, with 5 years leading teams in Wealth Management.
- Regional Head: A Graduate degree is required, with an MBA in Banking/Finance/Marketing being preferred. You should possess 12+ years of experience in relationship management, preferably in wealth management, and 5+ years leading teams.
- Relationship Manager-Team Lead: You need a Graduate degree from a recognized University/Institution. An MBA in Banking/Finance/Marketing is preferred. A minimum of 8 years of post-qualification experience in relationship management, ideally in wealth management, is mandatory.
- Investment Specialist (IS): A Professional Qualification like a PG Degree/Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Business Management/Commerce/Economics/Capital Markets/Banking/Insurance/Actuarial Science or CA/CFA is required. You need at least 6 years of post-qualification experience as an investment advisor.
- Investment Officer (IO): Similar to Investment Specialist, a Professional Qualification in a related field or CA/CFA is mandatory. You need a minimum of 4 years of post-qualification experience as an investment advisor.
- Project Development Manager (Business): An MBA/PGDM from a recognized University/Institution is essential. You must have a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in a Bank or wealth management firm.
- Central Research Team (Support): You should be a Graduate in Commerce/Finance/Economics/Management/Mathematics/Statistics. Post-graduation in a similar field is preferred. A minimum of 3 years of work experience in financial services supporting research/publications/MIS departments is required.
Age Limit (as on 01.05.2025)
- Head (Product, Investment & Research), Zonal Head (Retail), Regional Head: Minimum age 35 years, Maximum age 50 years.
- Relationship Manager-Team Lead, Investment Specialist: Minimum age 28 years, Maximum age 42 years.
- Investment Officer: Minimum age 28 years, Maximum age 40 years.
- Project Development Manager (Business): Minimum age 30 years, Maximum age 40 years.
- Central Research Team (Support): Minimum age 25 years, Maximum age 35 years.
Relaxation in upper age limits for reserved categories (SC/ST, OBC, PwBD) will be provided as per the Government of India guidelines.

Selection Process
