Eligibility Criteria
- Law Degree: LL.B. from recognized university
- Experience: Minimum 7 years continuous practice as Advocate in Civil and/or Criminal courts before the deadline
- Language: Pass Gujarati proficiency test (unless studied at secondary level)
- Computer Knowledge: Basic skills certified by a government-recognized institution
- Age Limit:
- General: up to 35 years
- SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwBD: relaxable to 38 years
- Allied Dept. employees: up to 40 years

- Written Test (to be conducted offline, syllabus per official notification – elimination test)
- Declaration of qualified candidates → shortlisted for Viva-Voce/Interview
- Document Verification, including bar enrollment, experience, domicile, age category, language proficiency, computer certificate
- Final Merit List based on aggregate of written and interview marks (as specified)
