Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Dental Surgery (BDS) and a Master’s Degree in Dental Surgery (MDS) / Diplomate of National Board (DNB) in the concerned specialty from a recognized university/institution.
- The qualification must be recognized by the Government of India on the recommendation of the Dental Council of India.
- Senior Residency is not required for Dental Specialties and for applicants under Lateral Entry.
Age Limit (as on 10.08.2025)
- OC Candidates: Maximum Age: 42 years
- EWS/SC/ST/BC Candidates: Maximum Age: 47 years
- Physically Handicapped Persons: Maximum Age: 52 years
- Ex-servicemen: Maximum Age: 50 years
Age relaxation is applicable as per Andhra Pradesh Government norms.
