Educational Qualification
- FMTC: Chartered Accountant (CA) with at least 5 years’ experience in financial management, accounting, budget, and fund flow management.
- State Project Manager (M&E): PG Diploma/Master’s in Rural Development, Women Studies, Rural Management, or Social Work with 5 years’ experience.
- State Project Manager (Communication & Documentation): Degree in Communication/Media Studies/IT with 5 years’ relevant experience.
- Accountant: B.Com (Hons), preference for CA (Inter)/ICWA (Inter), with 3 years’ experience.
- Assistant: Graduate in any discipline with Hindi & English typing skills, plus 3 years’ experience.
- PA to MD/CMD: Graduate in any faculty, proficient in stenography and typing, with 3 years’ experience as PA.
