- Professor: Ph.D. in relevant discipline with minimum 10 years of teaching/research experience and significant publications.
- Associate Professor: Ph.D. with at least 8 years of teaching/research experience.
- Assistant Professor: Master’s Degree with 55% marks (or equivalent grade) and NET qualification. Candidates with Ph.D. are exempted from NET.
