Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Boat Operations Trainee: Minimum 60% marks in ITI (Fitter, Electrician, Machinist, AC Mechanic, Diesel Mechanic) or Diploma (Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics) – pass out 2022, 2023, 2024 only. GPR License Certificate mandatory (non-GPR get ₹7,000 stipend till obtained).
Fleet Manager (Maintenance): Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Naval Architecture + MEO Class 1 or Master Certificate (FG).
Manager (Finance): CA/ICWA qualification.
Age Limit
Minimum Age: 18 Years (assumed for trainees)
Maximum Age: 28 Years (Trainee), 56 Years (Fleet Manager), 50 Years (Finance Manager) – as on 01 November 2025
