Educational Qualification
- Technical Assistant (Civil): Candidates must hold a First Class Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized State Board/University/Institution.
- Technical Assistant (Automobile): Applicants require a First Class Diploma in Automobile Engineering from a recognized State Board/University/Institution.
- Technician-B (Electronic Mechanic): You need to be SSLC/SSC Pass and possess an ITI/NTC/NAC in Electronic Mechanic Trade from NCVT.
- Technician-B (Information Technology): Eligibility includes SSLC/SSC Pass with an ITI/NTC/NAC in Information Technology Trade from NCVT.

- Refund for all other candidates: ₹400/- (after deducting the non-refundable application fee), provided they appear for the written test.
Note: Once the fee is paid, the non-refundable application fee component will not be returned. Fee payment must be made via the Bharatkosh payment gateway; no other payment methods are accepted. Refunds will only be processed to the bank account details provided in the application form.
Selection Process
- Stage 1: Written Test: This test will comprise 80 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) to be completed in 1.5 hours. Each correct answer fetches +1 mark, while each incorrect answer results in a -0.33 mark deduction. General candidates must score a minimum of 32/80 marks, while relaxed standards for SC/ST candidates require 24/80 marks.
- Stage 2: Skill Test: This stage is purely of a “Go-No-Go” qualifying nature. Candidates will be shortlisted for the skill test in a 1:5 ratio based on their written test performance, with a minimum of 10 candidates per category-wise vacancy. General candidates need to score 50/100 marks, and SC/ST candidates 40/100 marks to qualify.
- Stage 3: Document Verification: Original documents and credentials will be verified during the Skill Test. Merely appearing for tests does not guarantee selection.
- Stage 4: Medical Fitness Test: Selected candidates will undergo a medical fitness examination as per organizational standards.
Final selection for the recruitment drive is based on marks obtained in the Written Test from among candidates who successfully qualify the Skill Test. In case of a tie in written test scores, the essential qualification academic score will serve as the primary tie-breaker, followed by the candidate’s age (senior candidate preferred).
