Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Deputy Manager (HR): Full-time MBA or Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in HR/IR/Personnel Management/Labour Welfare/Social Work with 60% marks and 6 years post-qualification executive experience.
Deputy Manager (F&A): Chartered Accountant (ACA/AICWA) or M.Com with 60% marks and 6 years experience in accounts/finance.
Deputy Manager (C&MM): Bachelor’s Degree with 60% marks + Post Graduate Diploma/MBA in Materials Management and 6 years experience in procurement/contracts.
Deputy Manager (Legal): LLB with 55% marks, enrollment with Bar Council, 5 years practice experience, and 6 years total experience.
Junior Hindi Translator: Master’s Degree in Hindi/English with the other as compulsory/elective subject, Diploma/Certificate in Translation, and 2 years experience.
Age Limit
Minimum Age: 18 years
Maximum Age: 30 years (as on 27 November 2025)
Relaxation: SC/ST (+5 yrs), OBC(NCL) (+3 yrs), PwBD (+10 yrs), Ex-Servicemen (as per rules)
