- Project Scientist ‘E’ (Mechanical): At least First-Class Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Desirable: Master’s/PhD in relevant discipline.
- Project Scientist ‘D’ (Civil): At least First-Class Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. Desirable: Master’s/PhD in relevant discipline.
- Project Scientist ‘D’ (Electrical & Electronics): At least First-Class Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or equivalent. Desirable: Master’s/PhD in relevant discipline.
- Project Scientist ‘C’ (Civil): At least First-Class Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. Desirable: Master’s/PhD in relevant discipline.

- Final Personal Interview: Candidates shortlisted based on preliminary performance (up to 12 for one post, 24 for 2-3 posts). Selection based purely on merit; minimum 70% marks required for unreserved vacancies.

- The process may be cancelled if fewer than 3 eligible candidates are per vacancy at any stage.
- ADA reserves the right to modify screening/shortlisting procedures.
