Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Superintendent: Applicants need a First Class Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in any discipline from a recognized University/Institute. Alternatively, a Master’s Degree in any discipline with at least 50% marks or equivalent grade is acceptable. Knowledge of Computer applications like Word processing and Spreadsheets is also required.
- Technical Assistant: Candidates should possess a First Class or equivalent grade in B.E. / B.Tech / MCA in a relevant engineering/IT discipline. A First Class Diploma in the relevant field or a First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/IT/Physics/Horticulture/Agriculture/Forestry is also valid. Master’s Degree in relevant fields with at least 50% marks can also be considered.
- Senior Assistant: Eligibility requires Senior Secondary (10+2) from a recognized board. Candidates must have a minimum typing speed of 35 w.p.m. and proficiency in Computer Word Processing and Spreadsheets.
- Senior Technician: For this role, Senior Secondary (10+2) with Science and at least 60% marks from a recognized board is necessary. Other options include Senior Secondary (10+2) with at least 50% marks and an ITI Course of one year or higher duration in a relevant trade. Secondary (10) with at least 60% marks and an ITI Certificate of two years duration, or a three-year Diploma in a relevant polytechnic/institute are also accepted.
- Junior Assistant: Similar to Senior Assistant, candidates need Senior Secondary (10+2) from a recognized board. A minimum typing speed of 35 w.p.m. and proficiency in Computer Word Processing and Spreadsheets are mandatory.
- Technician: Requirements are similar to Senior Technician, including Senior Secondary (10+2) with Science (60% marks) OR Senior Secondary (10+2) (50% marks) + ITI (one year+). Secondary (10) (60% marks) + ITI (two years) OR a three-year Diploma in a relevant engineering trade from a recognized Polytechnic/Institute.
Age Limit
