AAICLAS Security Screener Recruitment 2026 is a drive by the AAI Cargo Logistics and Allied Services Company Limited (AAICLAS), which is a 100% subsidiary of the Airports Authority of India (AAI). It manages the development of air cargo business at airports within India and abroad, with a vision to become the largest Integrated Cargo Logistics and Ground Handling operator in the country.
AAICLAS has released AAICLAS Security Screener Recruitment 2026 to engage 158 Security Screeners (Fresher) on a Fixed Term Contract basis for 3 years at 6 airport locations across India.

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- General / OBC / EWS: Graduation from a recognized Board/University/Institution with minimum 60% marks
- SC / ST: Graduation with a minimum 55% marks
- Percentage must be entered in numeric form only (e.g., 60, 70, 80) — CGPA or other formats not accepted.
- Candidates must have the ability to read/speak English, Hindi, and/or the local language of the posting location.
Age Limit
- Maximum Age: 27 years as on 01 May 2026
Age Relaxation:
- SC / ST: +5 years
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): +3 years
- Ex-Servicemen: +5 years
Date of birth as recorded in the Matriculation/Secondary Examination certificate will only be accepted.
Application Fee
- General / OBC: ₹750/- (excluding bank charges and taxes)
- SC / ST / EWS / Women: ₹100/- (excluding bank charges and taxes)
- Fee is accepted via online net banking, credit/debit cards, UPI, or Wallet.
- Fee once paid is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Selection Process
The selection process for AAICLAS Security Screener Recruitment 2026 includes:
- Stage 1: Online Application Submission
- Stage 2: Shortlisting based on percentage of marks at the graduation level (higher percentage called first)
- Stage 3: Online Interaction / Interview — date and venue intimated via registered email
- Stage 4: Merit List preparation based on marks secured in the interview

Salary and Pay Details
Selected candidates will initially be placed as Security Screener (Fresher) and will receive a stipend of ₹15,000/- per month during the training period. After successfully passing all certification examinations, the designation changes to Security Screener (Certified) with the following pay:

- PF contribution: ₹1,800/- per month (on ceiling wage of ₹15,000/- as per EPF Act)
- Medical Insurance reimbursement: up to ₹10,000/- per annum for self and dependent family members
- Gratuity as per the Gratuity Act (wherever applicable)
- Leave: 18 Privilege Leave + 12 Half Pay Leave (Sick) + 9 CL + 2 RH per year
